THE LOVE FOR STYLIST & ES MAGAZINES!

"do think it's important for young women to know that magazine covers are retouched. People don't really look like that."
Kate Winslet

I love something I become obsessed with it and of course I love stylish magazine. I discovered the love in 2011 when I started working in Covent gardens, it was so bad I made a feature wall of stylist magazine articles in my studio flat – obsessed right? So after a while and my move of houses, I stop collecting them but would still follow the website.

Recently I have changed jobs which is right on oxford street, I have access to them more than ever, to top it off I find an other love for ES Magazines so I started collecting them both but this time, I am not sure why… my original purpose was for inspiration toward my poetry life but I actually got more inspiration for my new flat, with fashion, healthy food (cooking) and well-being.

Both magazine got some good article on well-being, food and fashion.

From a young age, I really loved fashion but now I am getting older and got more worries... Fashion is the last thing on my mind so I don't do as much dressing up and this is why the magazines are good for me because I get some good tips.

I do more cooking now so it is always very nice to discover a new meal to try and to keep healthy as that the thing trading right now.

Well-being has been a big focus since 2014 as that year was a very difficult but also refelective year for me and a promise to myself was to look after my soul! Both magazines keep me in the loop with this topic.

There's also a lot on feminism which can be so insightful and interesting (This is a different post) but I got a lot of views on this one simple but yet so big topic.

But lets not forget there are way more in both magazines so grap yourself one weekly and just have a read, you don't have to do what I do and collect them lol.

I know one day it will go towards a project in the future so watch the space!!!

Thanks
